Shipping conditions vary depending on the type of product.
1) BitBeard Treasure Box (Hardware – Direct Shipping)
Shipping is currently available to:
Germany
Member States of the European Union
Delivery time:
Approx. 7 business days from conclusion of contract
(for advance payment: from receipt of payment).
The specific delivery time is indicated on the respective product page.
Shipping is carried out via an appropriate parcel service provider.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
2) Digital License Keys (Worldwide)
License keys are not physically shipped.
They are provided:
in your customer account
via email
Provision is generally made promptly after receipt of payment.
3) Print-on-Demand Products (Printful & Gelato – Worldwide)
These products are individually produced after the order has been placed.
The delivery time consists of production time and shipping time.
For example, Gelato provides the following estimated delivery times:
Economy shipping: approx. 4–5 days
Express shipping: approx. 4 days
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

4) Partial Deliveries
If your order contains different types of products, shipping may occur in multiple shipments.
