A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Jung, BitcoinPuzzlePirates, Küllenhahnerstrasse 199, 42349 Wuppertal, Germany, Tel.: +49 202 25131370, E-Mail: captain@bitcoinpuzzlepirates.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started fulfilling the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin execution before the withdrawal period expires, you have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of the contract execution, and we have provided you with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g., email), including the contract terms and the conditions for the early expiration of the right of withdrawal.
